Orbital capacity for big projects.
Moves heavy production into orbit and adds high-capacity fleet construction.
Orbital yards take pressure off planetary production and make heavy fleet programs manageable.
Adds parallel production capacity for late fleets and special ship programs.
Building time depends on the planet’s Robotics Factory and Nanite Factory levels and on the universe speed, so it is not a fixed number.
Each level multiplies the previous cost by ×2, so each further level gets steadily more expensive the further you push it.

The four races share the same building rules but not the same hardware — each one names and renders it differently, and applies its own combat multipliers from its race profile.
