Room for a living colony.
Increases population capacity for colonists and crew.
Housing raises the population ceiling. More colonists mean stronger bonuses and more room for ships and ground forces.
Supports population bonuses, crew-heavy fleets and ground-force growth.
Building time depends on the planet’s Robotics Factory and Nanite Factory levels and on the universe speed, so it is not a fixed number.
Each level multiplies the previous cost by ×1.6, so each further level gets steadily more expensive the further you push it.
