Building time depends on the planet’s Robotics Factory and Nanite Factory levels and on the universe speed, so it is not a fixed number.

Cost per level

Each level multiplies the previous cost by ×1.5, so each further level gets steadily more expensive the further you push it.

None — available from the start, with no research or building gate.

How each race builds it

The four races share the same building rules but not the same hardware — each one names and renders it differently, and applies its own combat multipliers from its race profile.
