By creating an account or playing Stellar Front you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Stellar Front is a browser-based multiplayer space strategy game operated by Sparkle5, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). The game is provided as-is and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. One account per person is permitted unless we explicitly allow otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
Dark Matter and VIP status are virtual entitlements with no real-world monetary value. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Virtual items may be modified or removed as part of game updates.
VIP subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All game content — graphics, code, text, sounds — is owned by or licensed to Sparkle5, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPARKLE5, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-game. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
